I want to cancel my order
Did you change your mind on something that you’ve just ordered with us? That happens! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Simply contact us with the contact form at the bottom of this page.
If more than 12 hours have gone by since you placed your order, there is a big change we already started processing the shipping for your items. By that point we unfortunately can’t cancel your order anymore. The next best thing to do then is to ship the package(s) back to us. For more information about that see “ Return and Refund Policy“ down below.
I would like to return the item(s) to get a refund
Not happy with your product(s)? Bummer! We are happy to help. Within 14 days of receiving a Drag Wig Expert product you can contact us at admin@dragwigexpert.com to open a ticket requesting a return.
After contacting us about your refund inquiry, we will get back to you within 48 hours. In most cases we want you to ship us back the item(s). The cost of shipment is usually up to you to pay. Please note that once we open a ticket to process a return you must drop off the product(s) within 7 days at your local logistics company, otherwise we will be unable to process your return.
After our warehouse receives your returned item(s), we will reimburse you the money on your credit card or other payment method. Simply contact us at admin@dragwigexpert.com in order to get in contact with us regarding a return and refund inquiry.
